1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the bajievip platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, customer support interactions, and payment services. By accessing bajievip, you enter into a binding agreement with the platform operator ("bajievip", "we", "us", "our").

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to bajievip is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of: (a) clicking "I Agree" or equivalent during the registration process; (b) making a deposit to your bajievip account; or (c) placing a bet or launching a game on the platform. Any of these actions constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1.2 Amendments

bajievip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

1.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on bajievip. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. bajievip reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age of the account holder cannot be verified as 18 or above.

2.2 Age Verification

Age verification is a mandatory step before any withdrawal from a bajievip account is processed. Accepted documents for age verification include: (a) a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID); (b) a valid passport; or (c) any other government-issued photographic identification document deemed acceptable by bajievip. Documents must be submitted in clear, legible form. Blurred, cropped, or digitally altered documents will not be accepted.

2.3 Eligibility Criteria

In addition to the minimum age requirement, to be eligible to register and maintain an account on bajievip you must:

• Be acting as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or corporate entity;
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player with bajievip or have had a previous account closed for breach of these Terms;
• Not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of bajievip or any of its affiliated companies;
• Be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law as it applies to you personally.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account on bajievip, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. bajievip reserves the right to reject any registration application that contains false, misleading, or incomplete information.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bajievip at any time. The existence of multiple accounts attributed to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device identifier, IP address, payment method, or any other means — is a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bajievip reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bonuses and promotional winnings, and withhold any balance attributed to bonus activity pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajievip login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bajievip will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bajievip support immediately via live chat or email at support@bajievip.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bajievip operates KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures in compliance with anti-money laundering best practice. You may be required to submit documentation to verify your identity, address, source of funds, and payment methods at any point during your relationship with bajievip — not only at withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions or permanent closure. bajievip's determination on KYC matters is final.

3.5 Account Information Accuracy

You must notify bajievip promptly of any change to the information provided at registration, including changes to your email address, mobile number, or residential address. Updates can be made via the My Account section when logged in. bajievip accepts no responsibility for communications not received due to outdated contact information on your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

bajievip currently supports the following deposit methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select Visa and Mastercard transactions. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of available deposit methods is displayed in the Cashier section when you are logged in to your account.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bajievip is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Standard maximum single transaction deposits are:

• bKash: ৳30,000 per transaction, up to ৳50,000 per day;
• Nagad: ৳25,000 per transaction, up to ৳50,000 per day;
• Rocket: ৳20,000 per transaction, up to ৳40,000 per day;
• Upay: ৳20,000 per transaction, up to ৳40,000 per day.

VIP account holders may be eligible for higher deposit limits. Contact support for details.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bajievip account balance instantly in the majority of cases. In rare instances, processing delays of up to 30 minutes may occur due to network congestion on the payment provider's infrastructure. If a deposit is not credited within 1 hour, contact bajievip support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to successful KYC verification. bajievip does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered account holder, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account.

4.5 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal transaction is ৳100,000. Players wishing to withdraw amounts exceeding ৳100,000 should contact support to arrange a structured withdrawal schedule. bajievip reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments.

4.6 Withdrawal Processing Times

bajievip processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes from the point at which the request is approved (i.e., after KYC verification is complete and any applicable wagering requirements have been met):

• bKash: within 2 hours during support hours;
• Nagad: within 2 hours during support hours;
• Rocket: within 4 hours during support hours;
• Upay: within 4 hours during support hours.

Withdrawal requests submitted outside support hours (12:00 AM – 6:00 AM Bangladesh Standard Time) are queued and processed from 6:00 AM the following morning. bajievip does not accept responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure after funds have been dispatched.

4.7 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on bajievip are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). bajievip does not support multi-currency accounts. Players must not attempt to deposit funds in currencies other than BDT.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers issued by bajievip are available to registered players aged 18 and above who have completed the applicable verification steps. Bonuses may be restricted based on deposit method, account history, geographic location, or player tier. Specific eligibility criteria are stated on each individual promotion page in the bajievip Promotions centre.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general wagering rules apply to all bonuses issued by bajievip:

• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus value before withdrawal is permitted);
• Only real-money wagers placed after the bonus has been credited contribute to wagering requirements — wagers placed with bonus funds do not double-count;
• Contribution rates vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute at a rate stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated for the specific bonus. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met are forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bajievip actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to lock in profits from bonus funds (bonus hedging), systematically playing low-volatility games in a manner designed to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, bajievip reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, adjust account balances, and permanently close the relevant account(s).

5.4 Seasonal and Special Promotions

bajievip may issue special promotions tied to seasonal events including BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions are governed by their own specific terms, which will be published on the Promotions page and communicated to eligible players via the registered email address. General bonus rules (Sections 5.1–5.3) apply to seasonal promotions unless specifically overridden by the promotion's own terms.

5.5 Welcome Bonus

New players at bajievip may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus terms — including the bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, wagering requirement multiple, valid games, and expiry period — are published on the bajievip welcome bonus page at the time of registration. bajievip reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have previously held a bajievip account in any form are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 General Obligations

By using bajievip, you agree to: (a) provide accurate and truthful information at all times; (b) use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes; (c) comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (d) refrain from any conduct that disrupts or damages the platform or the experience of other users; and (e) maintain the security of your account credentials at all times.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajievip and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: providing false information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with bajievip;
• Underage gambling: accessing or attempting to access the platform while under the age of 18;
• Multiple accounts: registering or operating more than one bajievip account;
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Use of automated software: employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with games, sports betting markets, or the platform's customer support;
• Money laundering: using bajievip as a vehicle for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in relation to a deposit that has been legitimately credited to and used on your bajievip account;
• Exploitation of system errors: taking advantage of technical errors, miscalculated odds, software bugs, or other system malfunctions to gain winnings that would not otherwise be due — any winnings obtained in such circumstances are void.

6.3 Responsible Communication

Players interacting with bajievip customer support must do so respectfully. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications directed at support staff will result in immediate account suspension. bajievip maintains records of all support interactions.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your bajievip account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at support@bajievip. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no investigation is pending.

7.2 Closure by bajievip

bajievip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; confirmed underage gambling; identified money laundering activity; chronic or aggressive bonus abuse; or any other conduct that bajievip determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or the safety of its users.

7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by bajievip — the following consequences apply: (a) all active bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited; (b) access to the account and all associated history is terminated; (c) any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of forfeited bonus amounts will be processed for return to the player subject to KYC verification, unless the closure is due to confirmed fraud or money laundering, in which case the balance may be withheld pending investigation.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from bajievip for responsible gaming reasons may do so via the My Account section or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and permanent self-exclusion are available. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of the request and blocks all account access and marketing communications for the chosen duration. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

bajievip makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, technical failures, or network interruptions beyond our direct control — including outages affecting bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other third-party payment providers.

8.2 Game Outcomes

bajievip is a platform that hosts games and betting markets. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators operated by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). bajievip accepts no liability for the outcome of any individual game session or betting event. Gambling involves risk — there is no guarantee of any particular outcome, and past results do not predict future performance.

8.3 Indirect and Consequential Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajievip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss — even where bajievip has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

8.4 Third-Party Content

bajievip may provide links to or display content from third-party game studios and payment providers. bajievip is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your interaction with third-party platforms, payment providers, or services.

8.5 Maximum Liability Cap

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms, bajievip's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
